Bruce plays a significant role in Koan Health’s growth, particularly in the success of high-performing Clinically Integrated Networks (CINs) and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). His passion for healthcare transformation is evident in his dedication to delivering solutions that bring substantial value to healthcare providers, their patients, and members. Bruce's career exemplifies the profound impact that data-driven insights can have on healthcare providers and their organizations' financial health. His passion for Koan Health insights, derived from aggregated data sources—including clinical, claims, and social determinants of health (SDoH)—demonstrates his desire to help providers deliver high-quality, low-cost care equitably across their communities.

Before joining Koan Health, Bruce held key roles that underscore his expertise and the value he brings to the company. As Vice President of Sales for Optum's Managed Analytic Solutions, he provided tools and services that helped risk-bearing organizations understand and manage the risks and opportunities within their populations. At Panglao, formerly Boston Health Economics, he leveraged real-world data to streamline analytics and support value-based care and regulatory initiatives. These experiences highlight the critical importance of credible data and a robust self-service analytics platform in improving outcomes and reducing healthcare costs.

Bruce received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
